Stonelux is a UK-based manufacturer of stone effect paints, seeking a Technical Sales Representative based at Doncaster. The role involves proactive sales, customer communication and travel across the UK, building relationships with trade customers and delivering product demonstrations.

You will work in a small team, manage your own workload, and receive full product training. The position offers a salary of £30,000–£40,000 with commission on new business and 35 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in construction, coatings or similar industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel.
• Experience with stone effect coatings/architectural paints/decorative finishes.
• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
• Follow up on enquiries and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Arrange and attend meetings or site visits to provide product demonstrations and technical advice.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and introduce suitable products or solutions.
• Support customer needs both remotely and in person.
• Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM.
• Provide feedback on sales materials and customer requirements.
