Stoneline UK & Palezzo in London seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK construction, property development and interior design sectors. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into revenue.

You will lead outbound prospecting, manage a pipeline, engage with contractors, developers and designers, and work with marketing to maximise opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in business development within construction materials or stone industries.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop a sales pipeline.
• Strong network with contractors, developers and design professionals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical/design audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation, researching and approaching new UK opportunities in construction and interior design sectors.
• Develop and maintain a structured client pipeline including contractors, developers and design firms.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
• Manage relationships with key decision-makers and progress opportunities to revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan events and showroom activities that generate opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline, relationships and anticipated revenue.
