BFS Pressroom Solutions Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of rubber rollers and sleeves across the printing, packaging, corrugated and converting sectors in the UK.

Based in Central or Northern England preferred, the role combines technical product knowledge with proactive account management and new business development to improve productivity, print quality, and cost efficiency for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within printing, packaging, corrugated or converting/non-wovens sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and secure new business within the target sectors.
• Provide technical advice and support on products and applications.
• Diagnose production challenges and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations.
