Job summary

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Rubber Rollers & Sleeves to develop and grow sales in the printing, packaging, corrugated and converting/non-wovens sectors. You will work with production managers, press operators and key decision-makers to improve productivity, print quality and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with commercial acumen and a proven ability to build customer relationships.

• Proven track record in technical sales within printing/packaging sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within printing, packaging, corrugated and converting/non-wovens sectors.
• Provide technical advice and support on products and applications.
• Diagnose customer production challenges and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Stay informed of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
