Job summary

Sierra 57 Consult Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in our couplings business across the UK and Ireland. You will identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts, and present technically informed solutions to customers.

You will work with a close-knit team, represent the company at industry events and trade shows, and use your technical sales experience to translate customer needs into tailored, timely quotations and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and growing customer accounts.
• Experience following a structured sales process.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop introduction of specialist coupling products into the UK & Irish market across all market sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Provide solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of application, performance, timescale and budget.
• Take a collaborative approach with each prospect and customer enquiry.
• Build strong business relationships based on technical understanding of customer projects.
• Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure enquiries are accurately detailed so the quotation team understands the specific requirements.
• Ensure reporting systems reflect status of enquiries, opportunities and sales.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
