Job summary

Sierra 57 Consult Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK & Ireland markets for our couplings business.

Qualifications

Experience in couplings industry preferred; other technical sales roles acceptable.
Technical understanding of fluidic coupling mechanics is a plus.
Proven ability to grow and manage customer accounts.
Experience using a structured sales process and CRM.

Responsibilities

Develop the introduction of specialist coupling products into the UK & Ireland markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
Provide solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of application, performance, timescale and budget.
Take a collaborative approach with each prospect and customer enquiry.
Build strong business relationships based on technical understanding of customer projects.
Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Ensure enquiries are accurately detailed so the quotation team understands the specific requirements of each customer.
Ensure reporting systems accurately reflect the status of all enquiries, opportunities and confirmed sales.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
