Job summary

Process Energy Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to help build and grow our technical process sales business. You will work with industrial customers to improve process efficiency, reduce energy use, and lower operating costs through optimisation and heat recovery.

Based in the UK, you will lead sales activity from marketing and calls to site visits and proposals, shaping opportunities and delivering clear, commercially sound technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Background in technical sales or business development within thermal-process industries.
• Ability to open doors, build relationships and translate opportunities into commercial propositions.
• Hands-on, proactive approach in a small ambitious company.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted sales activity from marketing and customer calls to site visits and proposal development.
• Identify market opportunities and build practical account and acquisition plans.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and present clear, commercially sound technical solutions.
• Develop energy-saving and low-carbon project concepts, including heat recovery and thermal-process improvements.
• Collaborate with Applications and Process Engineering colleagues to turn ideas into viable projects.
• Build trusted customer relationships and help shape the future direction of a growing business.
