Job summary

City Plumbing is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Manager for our Energy Efficiency Team. You will own customer relationships across a defined contractor base, drive tender wins, and shape account development plans to hit revenue and profit targets.

You will engage with design and estimation teams, manage regular stakeholder communications, and promote energy efficiency across the portfolio while upholding integrity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and considered communication throughout internal and external stakeholder networks
• Engage with the Design & Estimation Team to deliver project sales management and drive project win rates
• Identify, secure and develop a base of key contractors within an agreed area
• Champion energy efficiency within the territory and maintain regular, structured communications with internal teams
• Create and develop an Account Development Plan for each customer with up-to-date SLAs
