Job summary

Adecco UK & Ireland is recruiting on behalf of a client in Redditch for a permanent full‑time Technical Sales Executive. You will use technical knowledge to prepare quotations, source materials, and identify new business opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, has proven technical sales experience in manufacturing or engineering, and can communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with precision components, CNC machining, bar feeding, or related engineering processes is a plus.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Process technical quotations and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our existing customers.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research.
• Actively contribute to growing sales revenue and achieving company targets.
