Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background with design or industrial experience.
• Experience preparing complex engineering quotations and proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations from enquiry through to submission.
• Review customer specifications, drawings and standards to shape proposals.
• Develop manufacturing routes and cost models using internal capabilities and suppliers.
• Deliver quotations on time while aiming to maximise margins and win rates.
• Support business development activities and attend customer meetings and technical reviews.
