Rise Technical Recruitment in Redditch is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer focused on geared motors and gearboxes. You will handle technical and commercial enquiries, understand applications and recommend suitable motor/gearbox solutions, and prepare quotations to support the sales process.

Qualifications

Technical background in motors, gearboxes, or industrial engineering.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Commercial interest in developing a sales career.
Organised and proactive with progression into external sales.

Responsibilities

Handle technical and commercial customer enquiries.
Understand applications and recommend suitable motor/gearbox solutions.
Prepare quotations and support the sales process.
Provide technical support across motors, gearboxes and geared motors.
Work closely with customers, external sales and product specialists.
Build product knowledge with a view to progressing into external sales/BDM.
