Job summary

Rise Executive Search & Recruitment Ltd in the North East region seeks an Internal Technical Sales Engineer with electrical control and automation expertise to support external customers and promote products. You will develop relationships, offer alternatives, and help maximise sales opportunities.

You'll respond to technical enquiries, engage with Field Sales Engineers, and prepare quotations, leveraging commercial awareness and strong administration skills to win orders.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• ONC/HNC in Electrical engineering (or other electrical qualification).
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience in sales or customer service environment.
• Experience with electrical control/automation products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and handle all product technical enquiries.
• Liaise with Field Sales Engineers to achieve branch objectives.
• Generate quotations for customers and assess profitability.
• Support other staff and contribute to sales performance in a small team.
