Ernest Gordon Recruitment is representing a leading manufacturer of ventilation diffusers, grilles and architectural louvers in Southend-on-Sea. We seek a Technical Sales Engineer with HVAC/building services experience to support customers through product selection, estimating and quotation preparation.

You will join a growing international group and gain exposure to high-value projects, working with external sales and internal teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or building services required.
• Background in technical sales, estimating or applications engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Select grilles, diffusers, louvres and related ventilation products.
• Produce accurate and competitive technical quotations and estimates.
• Support external sales with technical and commercial information.
• Respond to technical enquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Assist with complex, high-value, specification-led projects.
