Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for HVAC Systems in Southend-on-Sea. The role focuses on handling a broad range of HVAC products, reviewing specs, and producing detailed quotations for projects from £1,000 to £1,000,000. Close collaboration with the sales team is essential to maximise conversions.

You will need a solid HVAC technical background, ideally CAD familiarity, and strong communication skills. CRM upkeep and timely delivery are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a sound technical understanding of HVAC systems.
• Roles such as Estimator, Technical Sales, Technical Support or Engineers may fit this position.
• Ideally experience with Grilles, Diffusers, AHUs, Extract Fans and related HVAC components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Produce full quotations for multiple projects after reviewing specifications and drawings.
• Review technical specifications to understand project requirements.
• Assist internal stakeholders and clients with technical queries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain and manage the company CRM system to track opportunities.
