Responsibilities:
  1. Operate in a field-based capacity, optimise existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities within the formwork space through infrastructure clientele.
  2. Drive revenue and growth within the designated geographical area, prospect, generate leads, and handle inbound enquiries.
  3. Understand the technical aspects of formworks, cater to individual customer needs and project requirements, and offer a consultative sales approach, dealing with highways, rail, utilities, and power sectors.
Skills & Requirements:
  • A driven, tenacious individual who thrives on growing strategic relationships and spearheading growth.
  • A proven track record of winning opportunities within the construction space.
  • Extensive knowledge of formwork/falsework is desirable, specifically in infrastructure.
