- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
- Deliver the expected revenue against budget.
- Work alongside the area sales team to develop new business.
- This is an external sales position focused on expanding the current customer base and securing new business, approximately 70% Account Management and 30% new business.
- Cross-sell the full range of our products.
- Cover main channels to market: OEM, End User, and Distributors.
- Seek out, understand, and report industry trends and movements to management.
- Implement an "Industry Segment Approach" to help our client achieve its desired position in key industry segments.
- Manage key regional accounts.
- Provide application engineering support to strengthen our client's position in specific applications.
- Ensure CRM and pipeline management tools are used and kept up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Person Specification
Attributes
Essential
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
- Current Driving Licence.
- Current Passport.
- Resident in the territory (or nearby considered).
Desirable
- Degree or engineering qualification.
Experience
- Experience providing proactive customer service in industrial environments.
- Report writing skills.
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of the belting industry.

- IT literate (Microsoft Office suite).
