Job summary

MGF Limited is seeking a technically minded Technical Sales Representative to promote the UniShore product range across the South East. You will drive profitable growth by identifying new projects, visiting sites, consulting with engineers, and delivering cost-effective structural support solutions.

Role requires building strong relationships with new and existing customers, collaborating across MGF divisions, and maintaining high service standards while achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction technical sales, preferably in temporary works.
• Technical qualification/experience in solution-based sales.
• Ability to read drawings and understand the construction process.
• Ability to sell the solution, not the process and build long-term relationships.
• Territory planning and customer management experience.
• Be able to present to stakeholders.
• Be a good team player who collaborates internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the Structural Support division in the South East in line with the business strategy.
• Collaborate with consulting engineers and customers to promote the UniShore range and secure profitable business.
• Deliver profitable growth in the assigned territory through new and existing customer orders, balancing account and project management.
• Understand how budgets and related figures are calculated during the year (e.g. customer spend).
• Maintain high levels of customer service when operating outside the assigned territory.
