2i Recruit Ltd is recruiting for a motivated Technical Sales Advisor to join our client’s growing business in the UK. The role focuses on handling enquiries via phone, email and online channels, building strong customer relationships, and offering tailored recommendations.

You will prepare quotations, process orders and maintain CRM records while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, account management or client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work towards targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Self-motivated, positive and results-driven attitude.

Responsabilités

• Managing incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Providing advice and recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Proactively following up enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate.
• Undertaking outbound contact with existing, lapsed and prospective customers.
