Our client, a well-established professional services organisation in the United Kingdom, is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to join their team. You will build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for growth, and support the sales process from enquiry to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to clients via telephone, video call and email.
• Commercial awareness and interest in developing a career within sales and account management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients in a client-focused role.
• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to support business growth.
• Conduct telephone and virtual meetings to understand client requirements and present solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and client documentation for approval and progress.
