Job summary

Wolseley Group in Basildon is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to coordinate customer projects, manage order call-offs, deliveries and stock, and keep credit limits and after-sales activity on track.

You will maintain clear, timely communication with customers, build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to support delivery and service excellence, with full training and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coordination, administrative or customer support role; training provided.
• Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team, support other departments as required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple customer projects including order call offs, deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, post-sale updates.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers.
