Job summary

Technical Sales Advisor based in our Basildon Office, you’ll coordinate customer projects, arrange deliveries, check stock, monitor credit limits, handle after sales and provide updates. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour break.

Wolseley UK is the country’s largest plumbing, heating and cooling trade specialist merchant with 180,000 products and over 100,000 customers each year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coordination, administrative or customer support roles.
• Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multiple customer projects, including order calls, deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.
