Job Duties and Qualifications

1. Under broad direction, utilize expertise in specific aspects of a Product Service Line's (PSL) technology and services portfolio to educate customers, operations, and business development (BD) on features, advantages, and benefits of the PSL solutions.
2. Use detailed knowledge of specific sub-PSL products, services, and solutions to identify customer technical needs, assist BD in pursuing opportunities through customer interactions and workshops, provide technical recommendations for proposals, and support operations and BD in diagnosing and communicating solutions delivery issues.
3. Help establish strategic direction by understanding local customer business drivers and technical challenges, and identify up-sell strategies within your geographic responsibility.
4. Collaborate with PSL, region/country BD, account, and technical teams to identify market opportunities for profitable revenue growth and stay informed about available technologies.
5. Provide input on PSL technology project priorities based on market understanding, customer needs, and technology gaps.
6. Implement tactical action plans as directed by the country management team.
7. Possess thorough knowledge of supported sub-PSL technology and a broad understanding of related development tools.
8. Hold an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related discipline.
9. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably as a field professional.
