Who are we?

Little Pixies is a fine art portrait studio that transforms children into the heroes of their own fairytales. We plan to open ten studios across the United Kingdom within the next two years, and you’ll be joining us just as we're getting started! Every sale will help us give back to children’s charities. Join early and grow with us.

Your mission

As a sales/portrait consultant you will help families choose and customise beautiful artwork for their homes. You work only with warm inbound leads, never cold calling. Each client meets you on Microsoft Teams for a Photo Premiere session after their photoshoot.

What you will do

• Host about twenty booked Photo Premiere calls each week
• Curate wall art, storybooks, and print collections in ProSelect to suit the client’s space and style
• Maintain a close rate of at least 50% and an average order value above £650. Higher commission tiers unlock once you reach 60%.
• Log every interaction in GoHighLevel and coordinate with our artists to ensure flawless delivery
• Provide a warm consultative experience that gives each family a magical experience on every call

• Uncapped commission that starts at 10 percent. Typical on-target earnings £48,000 to £60,000. Top performers earn £70,000 plus
• You set your hours. Most clients prefer evenings and weekends so availability then is essential, but you choose your exact times between, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. UK.
• Work from anywhere with reliable internet
• Clear path to senior closer, trainer, or manager as we expand

What you bring

• At least one year of high ticket business-to-consumer closing such as jewellery, property, portraits, coaching, or similar, average ticket £500 plus
• Confidence on video and skill at building rapport fast in emotional family-focused conversations
• Mastery of objection handling around price and “let me think about it” delays
• Self motivated, organised, and data driven with a steady PC or Mac, webcam, headset, and 50 Mbps internet
• Willingness to learn GoHighLevel, ProSelect, and other basic tech. Full training provided
  

Compensation and schedule

• Commission only that starts at 10 percent with accelerators above target
• Typical on-target earnings £48,000 to £60,000. High performers earn £70,000 plus
• About twenty booked calls per week, roughly twenty five hours total, you choose your hours.
