ConSpare is seeking a Technical Sales Adviser to support customers with technical guidance, quotations and orders. You will liaise with internal teams to maintain up-to-date pricing and stock information, while delivering exceptional service and identifying sales opportunities.

This is an on-site UK role with training provided and a discretionary bonus scheme. Key attributes include mechanical aptitude, strong communication, problem-solving and attention to detail, plus a collaborative approach

• Mechanically minded with ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent telephone manner and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Handle sales enquiries and provide technical advice, giving great service and building strong customer relationships.
• Produce and follow up quotations, raise sales orders and analyse lost orders.
• Exercise commercial awareness to identify opportunities to switch suppliers or sell redundant stock.
• Engage with continuous improvement activities and share information promptly between departments.
• Take training opportunities to learn and grow in the role and support departmental objectives.

Maybe you have an HND or degree qualification in an engineering discipline but not necessarily, perhaps you just enjoying tinkering with vehicles or other machines. Are you a great communicator, with natural problem-solving skills, a desire to deliver excellent customer service and an ability to engage effectively in sales-related conversations? If so, we have just the job for you.We’re looking for a Technical Sales Adviser, reporting to our Technical Sales Manager. This is a varied role, as outlined below. You will receive all the support and training you need.ConSpare is a well-established, family-owned company, a market leader in our sector. We sell high-performance components and equipment, provide servicing and share our unrivalled expertise in production processes with customers in a variety of industries, primarily concrete, across the UK.
