Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator in Borehamwood to support the sales team and manage a busy prospect database. You will maintain dialogue with customers, perform lead qualification, and coordinate follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.

The role reports to the marketing director and requires strong communication skills, data accuracy, and the ability to handle gatekeepers effectively. SAP Business One experience would be advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ongoing contact management via telephone and email with the prospect database.
• Cleansing of the prospect database.
• Managing and overcoming gatekeepers.
• Identifying key decision makers.
• Providing relevant product information to decision makers.
• Lead generation, qualification and passing to sales team for follow up.
• Timely follow up calls and emails after sending information to gauge interest.
• Ongoing improvement and refining of lead qualification.
• Working closely with the existing sales team.
• Record all opportunities, quotes and communications in the SAP Business One system.
• Contact customers to promote and raise awareness of new products as they are launched.

Position: Technical Sales Administrator

Location: Borehamwood

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Thursday / 09:00 - 16:00pm Fridays

Proactive are currently in search of a Technical Sales Administrator for a market leading manufacturing company based in Borehamwood. This is an exciting opportunity offering career progression and development.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the marketing director
• Maintain ongoing dialog with regular and lapsed customers in order to remain their first choice for future opportunities
• Ongoing contact management via telephone and email with the prospect database
• Cleansing of the prospect database
• Managing and overcoming gatekeepers
• Identifying key decision makers
• Providing relevant product information to decision makers

• Timely follow up calls and emails subsequent to sending out information to gauge interest
