Job summary

Wienerberger UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Sales professional for Maincor to support quotations, product guidance and collaboration with customers, installers and internal teams from our Hinckley office.

You will help maximise conversion rates and contribute to the growth of the heat pump and renewable energy market while delivering high-quality technical solutions and documentation.

Join us in a Technical Sales role for Maincor (part of Floplast Limited)

Maincor specialise in innovative plumbing solutions and underfloor heating. We are proud to have introduced several innovative products into the UK that help minimize heat loss. We work across the UK with customers in the building and construction sectors.

Maincor are a department of Floplast Limited, within the wienerberger UK & Ireland – Water & Heating division.

About the role

In a Technical Sales role you will be supporting excellent customer service and sales performance through the delivery of quotations, product guidance and working closely with customers, installers and internal teams to develop high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.

You’ll be helping us to maximise our conversion rates from enquiries to drive our commercial performance.

• Duties also include:
• Booking in new design quotes
• Value engineering design quotes to improve conversion rates
• Providing technical input to create margin opportunities within designs
• Fielding technical product and design queries
• Providing system and product technical guidance
• Responding to technical sales follow up enquiries
• Producing technical documentation for heating systems

This role plays an important part in maintaining customer satisfaction, protecting our reputation, and supporting growth within the heat pump and renewable energy market.

Your work will help customers receive the right solution first time while supporting the successful delivery of technical and commercial objectives across the business.

There are opportunities to develop your technical expertise, broaden your commercial knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues across sales, operations, technical and customer-facing teams.

This position will be based at our Maincor Sales/Technical Office in Hinckley.
