Job summary

Wienerberger UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Sales professional for Maincor to support quotations, product guidance and collaboration with customers, installers and internal teams from our Hinckley office.

You will help maximise conversion rates and contribute to the growth of the heat pump and renewable energy market while delivering high-quality technical solutions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting customer requirements and producing accurate technical quotations.
• Strong commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to improve conversion rates and profitability.
• Experience providing technical support and guidance to customers, installers, contractors and sales teams.
• Excellent written communication with experience producing technical documentation and literature.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and produce accurate technical quotations.
• Provide technical input to create margin opportunities within designs.
• Offer technical guidance to customers, installers and sales teams.
• Respond to technical sales follow-up enquiries.
