Advance TRS is seeking a Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to support our Transportation and Buildings teams in Port Solent, Portsmouth. The role offers a clear path to a 360 consultant position with full training and a rewarding bonus structure.

You will source and engage candidates across highways, rail, building services and construction while building strong talent pools. You'll work full-time with early Friday finish and a competitive salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Confident on the phone with strong verbal and written communication.
• Builds rapport quickly and puts people at ease.
• Persuasive, persistent and patient.
• Organised and able to prioritise deadlines.
• Resilient, flexible and adaptable.
• Good IT skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Resourcing or recruitment experience in technical markets is an advantage; full training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using the CRM, job boards, LinkedIn and your own network.
• Recruit engineers, designers, project managers, site managers and building services professionals.
• Advertise vacancies and network proactively to build strong talent pools.
• Interview candidates to understand their skills and motivations, and match them accurately to roles.
• Manage candidates through the process, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Handle queries on contracts, pay and logistics.
• Keep the CRM accurate, generate call lists and maintain compliance standards.
• Deliver against activity KPIs and contribute to team targets.
