Job summary

British Gas seeks a Technical Repair Engineer to join our team of gas engineers and deliver same-day service promises in customers' homes.

You will represent the brand with focus on high-quality workmanship, handling boilers/heating systems and providing exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1).
• 3 years qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis.
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Represent British Gas in customers' homes, with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues.
• Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise of same day fix for our customers.

About your team

About your role

Base Salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE - £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our fantastic field reward scheme.

Represent British Gas in customers' homes, with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues. Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.

We will only consider applications that live in St Helens.
