Job summary

British Gas is seeking Service & Repair engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers. You will visit customers' homes to diagnose and repair boilers, delivering the Service Promise of same‑day fixes. The role requires ACS qualifications and several years of fault‑finding experience, with a focus on safe, high‑quality workmanship.

Base salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE around £54,400. Applicants must reside in St Helens and have experience with various boilers and heating systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis.
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems.

About your role:

Base Salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE - £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our fantastic field reward scheme.

Represent British Gas in customers' homes, with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues. Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.

We will only consider applications that live in St Helens.
