This fully remote position supports our rapid growth, collaborating with hiring managers and shaping our hiring processes as we scale, while maintaining a candidate-centric experience.

• Experience recruiting for technical or consultancy roles.
• Strong instincts for assessing candidates beyond the CV.
• Excellent communication and follow-through with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple open roles.

• Manage the candidate journey and keep communication sharp throughout.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like for each role.
• Keep pipeline data accurate and up to date.
