This fully remote, globally distributed position lets you build out our local hubs while maintaining fast, high-quality hiring across multiple open roles. A passion for AI helps you spot the talent who will shape our future.

• Experience recruiting for technical or consultancy roles.
• Strong instincts for assessing candidates beyond the CV.
• Excellent communication and follow-through with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple open roles.
• Interest in AI and the talent it takes to build it.
