We're hiring for potential, not just experience; even graduates or those with some recruitment or sourcing exposure can thrive here. The role offers hybrid work with up to four days in the York office, growth mentoring from the founders, and a rewarding commission

Panda headhunts for fast-growing tech companies across Europe and the U.S. We're opening our first office in central York and hiring Technical Recruiters.

This is a 100% candidate-focused role with no BD. You will map markets, source hard-to-reach talent and run end-to-end candidate processes.

We're hiring for potential, not experience. If you're early in your career, whether a graduate or someone with a bit of recruitment or sourcing experience who wants to learn, this role is built for you.

Competitive base + 20% commission, no thresholds or caps

Hybrid: up to 4 days/week in our York office at Exhibition Square, a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 from Museum Gardens

A small team that measures itself on quality

Training and mentoring directly from the founders and experienced recruiters

You'll fit if you:

• are coachable and want to get better at something difficult
• are a confident and clear communicator
