Job summary

Mixture of Experts in London is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own our AI/ML recruitment strategy, drive revenue, and establish the company as a leading AI recruitment partner. Hybrid role with 2 days per week in Brixton and a base up to £50,000 plus uncapped commission.

Initially an individual contributor, there is a clear progression path into leadership, including the potential to build and manage a team as the market grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment.
• Proven track record of billing and business development success.
• Experience recruiting within AI, Machine Learning, Data or broader Technology markets.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven and highly self-motivated.
• Passionate about building a personal brand and specialist market.
• Excited by the opportunity to build, mentor and lead a team in the future.
• Strong understanding of the startup and scale-up ecosystem is highly desirable.

We're looking for an ambitious Technical Recruiter to take ownership of this market, helping shape our strategy, grow revenue and establish Mixture of Experts as a leading AI recruitment partner. This is an opportunity to build a market within an already established business, with the autonomy and support to create something significant. For the right person, there is a clear progression path into leadership, with the opportunity to build and manage a team as the market grows.

You will:

• Own and grow our AI & Machine Learning offering
• Build relationships with new and existing clients across the startup and scale-up ecosystem
