Qualifications

• Требуется 3+ года опыта полном цикле подбора персонала, фокус на технические роли в высокоэффективных средах.
• Опыт найма в ведущих компаниях/агентствах, обслуживающих трейдинг, хедж-фонды, HFT или технологические компании.
• Доказанная способность выявлять и закрывать кандидатов с нишевыми навыками.
• Умение работать с различными техническими дисциплинами.
• Умение строить и поддерживать крепкие отношения с руководителями по найму.
• Отличные навыки устного и письменного общения.
• Опыт работы с ATS, отчетностью и практиками набора на основе данных.

Responsibilities

Описание: Fuse Energy is building an integrated energy company that develops solar, batteries, generation projects, hardware and grid infrastructure. It trades power in real time, uses AI across the business, and installs distributed energy in homes, selling directly to consumers to reduce costs.

Задачи:

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, trading, and data science/quant
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit
• Drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and ensure seamless candidate experiences
• Negotiate offers and close talent in competitive markets
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines
• Own full-cycle hiring and partner with hiring managers to support growth plans

Требования:

• 3+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on technical roles in high-performance environments
• Background hiring at high-bar companies, either at agencies serving trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, or tech companies, or in-house at scaling tech companies
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
• Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all organisational levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices
