Job summary

Fuse Energy is a fast-growing renewables startup seeking a Talent Sourcer to scale our hiring engine. You will identify, engage, and nurture top candidates across technical, expansions, hardware, product, and operations roles.

You will map talent pools, maintain pipelines in our ATS, and coordinate interviews across time zones while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles and refine search strategies in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to build strong pipelines in competitive markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics.

Responsibilities

• Source top-of-funnel talent by identifying, engaging, and nurturing candidates.
• Map talent pools by researching target markets, companies and communities.
• Build and maintain accurate pipelines in the ATS and CRM tools.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles and refine search strategies.
