Job summary

Fuse Energy is seeking a Talent Sourcer to scale our hiring engine across technical, expansions, hardware, product, trading, commercial and operations roles. You’ll be the front line of our sourcing strategy, identifying and engaging world‑class candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

You will build pipelines, coordinate interviews across time zones, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles and refine search strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of sourcing experience, ideally in high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets.
• Strong organisational skills and experience scheduling interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting best practices.
• Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Source top-of-funnel talent by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber candidates.
• Research target markets, companies, and communities to map talent pools and inform outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain accurate pipelines in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and calls across multiple time zones.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles, share pipeline insights, and refine search strategies.
