The Welsh Government is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams delivering key infrastructure and property projects across Wales.
The role requires hands-on delivery, governance and budget management, with Chartered professional status desirable, providing technical leadership and assurance to Ministers and senior leaders within the Property Infrastructure Division.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams and specialist consultants to deliver key projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Develop best practice on projects/partnerships and promote excellence in design and sustainable development objectives.
- Provide specialist construction and engineering advice to project teams and Ministers.
