Fora Space Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver technology infrastructure projects across its expanding portfolio. You will oversee initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to realise fit-outs, upgrades and deployments.

The role suits a highly organised, collaborative professional with a strong background in infrastructure project delivery and a passion for workplace

Qualifications

5+ years' experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
Experience delivering tech solutions in office fit-outs or workplace environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providers.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
Track progress, risks, dependencies and budgets.

The Role

Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology infrastructure projects across our growing portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Infrastructure, you'll manage multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. From new workspace fit-outs and technology refreshes to network upgrades and infrastructure deployments, you'll work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to bring projects to life.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation and collaboration, and has a strong background in technology infrastructure project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For

Essential

5+ years' experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
Experience delivering technology solutions within office fit-outs, building refurbishments or workplace environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with suppliers including cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providers.
Strong project planning, risk management and governance skills.
Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills

Desirable

PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent project management qualification.
Experience within flexible workspace, property, construction or infrastructure environments.
Experience delivering network refreshes, workplace technology implementations or major infrastructure upgrades.
