Technical Project Manager
Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office, London
£41,000 - £46,186 DOE
Employee ownership, paid overtime rates and hybrid flexibility make this Technical Project Manager role genuinely worth a look.
The business delivers technical production across a broad calendar of UK events, and they need someone ready to own the full production journey.
A mid-size, employee-owned technical production supplier working across corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies and private work. Accreditations span more than 50 venues, with the majority of revenue built on long-term relationships at the top end of the London market. Technical, design and production specialists all sit under one roof, and the Technical Project Manager sits at the heart of that operation. The culture is laid-back and sociable, and the retention figures reflect it.
This Technical Project Manager role will suit someone with a solid background in technical event production or events management, and strong health and safety knowledge is essential.
Experience in theatre, live events or tiered event complexity is beneficial but not essential, as is familiarity with equipment logistics, supplier management or technical design. What matters most is that you are organised, safety‑conscious and ready to take real ownership.
In return you get an employee ownership stake, genuine hybrid flexibility, strong earning upside through paid overtime and profit share, and a Technical Project Manager role delivering work across some of the most respected venues in the UK.
We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, embracing diversity across all intersecting dimensions, including ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, well‑being, abilities, and neurodiversity. We are dedicated to ensuring a supportive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any adjustments or accommodations for any reason, please do not hesitate to let us know.
