PropRec Search is seeking a Technical Project Manager for live event technology. You will drive technical delivery across lighting, audio or video, leading on-site teams and shaping client concepts into engineered solutions.
Hybrid role with on-site immersion and later 3 days in office, 2 days remote; salary £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience. Core hours 08:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, with occasional out-of-hours support for events.
Technical Project Manager – Live Event Technology (Lighting, Audio or Video)
Location: 25 minutes from Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (available after 6 months – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
We provide an initial on-site period to ensure full immersion in our processes, team culture, and delivery standards before transitioning to hybrid working.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (core hours)
Please note: Live events operate 24/7, and occasional out-of-hours work will be required to support project delivery.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the technical driving force behind our live event projects. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where creativity meets precision.
You won’t simply manage timelines—you will help shape client ideas into fully engineered technical solutions, then lead the delivery on-site to bring those experiences to life.
Working across lighting, audio, and video systems, you will ensure seamless integration of technologies across a wide range of high-profile events, upholding our commitment to creativity, passion, and technical excellence.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be highly advantageous.
