The Company

This is an employee-owned creative technical production supplier. Designers, technical teams and operational producers all sit under one roof, with a portfolio weighted towards premium corporate events and exclusive venue partnerships across London. Major decisions are shared across the business, and the culture reflects that: collaborative and relaxed. A Senior Event Production Manager joining here will find people tend to stay once they are in.

In return, you will join an employee-owned business that backs its people with real earning upside, genuine flexibility and work that carries weight. First interviews are being scheduled now, so if this feels like the right step for a Senior Production Manager ready to take ownership,
