Job summary

Live-Recruitment is hiring a Technical Project Manager in London. The role is hybrid with 2–3 office days per week. You will own the full production journey for a diverse calendar of UK events, producing RAMS, interpreting drawings, and coordinating multi-project schedules.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in technical event production, with health and safety knowledge as a must. Benefits include employee ownership, overtime, pension contributions, and flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• RAMS and health and safety plans to IOSH/HSE standards
• Ability to create floor plans and interpret technical drawings
• Experience building and managing production schedules for multiple events
• Experience with site visits and pre-production meetings
• Hands-on delivery of events across London venues

Responsibilities

• Produce RAMS and health and safety docs to IOSH/HSE standards
• Create floor plans and read technical drawings for each project
• Build and manage production schedules across concurrent events
• Attend site visits and pre-production meetings in London venues
• Deliver events on-site from tier-1 to complex tier-3 productions
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, suppliers and venue contacts
