Job summary

300 North Limited is seeking an experienced PFI Technical Project Manager to lead lifecycle, M&E, and capital works across a large, technically complex estate in Central London. You will manage contractors and consultants, ensuring safe, compliant delivery within a live environment.

The role requires strong project delivery skills with a good grasp of building services, and experience in PFI, Hard FM, healthcare or defence sectors is advantageous.

• Managing lifecycle, M&E and capital projects from scope to completion.

• Monitoring cost, programme, quality and project risk.
• Supporting lifecycle planning and future works programmes.
• Managing project changes and variations.

PFI Technical Project Manager

Location: Central London

Working Pattern: Site-based min 4 days per week

Salary: £80,000 + bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage a programme of lifecycle, M&E and capital works across a large, technically complex and operationally critical estate.

The role will suit someone with strong project delivery experience and a good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, who is comfortable managing contractors, consultants and multiple projects within a live environment.

Experience within PFI, Hard FM, healthcare, defence or other complex estates would be particularly relevant.

The Role

• Managing lifecycle, M&E and capital projects from initial scope through to completion.
• Developing project programmes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Managing contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Reviewing technical proposals, specifications and project documentation.
• Monitoring cost, programme, quality and project risk.
• Supporting lifecycle planning and future works programmes.
• Managing project changes and variations.
• Ensuring projects meet contractual, Health & Safety, CDM and quality requirements.
• Coordinating works within a live environment where continuity of services is critical.
• Providing clear project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong project management experience within a technical, engineering, building services or estates environment.
• Good practical understanding of M&E and building services.
• Experience within defence, healthcare or another complex estate environment.
• Experience delivering projects within PFI or large, complex, highly serviced buildings.
• Experience managing contractors and works packages.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
