Job summary

300 North Consulting is recruiting a PFI Hard Services Manager for an operational healthcare site in Dartford. You will oversee hard FM services, drive capital works, manage variations, and coordinate with the client, FM provider and site management to keep the contract performing.

The role requires experience with operational PFI contracts, strong project delivery skills, and the ability to interpret contract documents and respond to technical queries.

Qualifications

• Experience on operational PFI contracts and hard services.
• Experience in capital works and/or project management, including managing variations through to completion.
• Confidence reading and interpreting contract documentation and responding to technical queries from FM teams.
• An understanding of how maintenance, compliance and project works are delivered within a PFI contract.
• The ability to work effectively with FM providers, contractors and client representatives.
• Healthcare experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage variations from the initial request through to approval, delivery and close-out, tracking scope, costs and contractual requirements.
• Support the planning and delivery of capital works and projects in a live healthcare environment.
• Read and interpret contract documentation to assess proposed changes and respond to queries from the FM team.
• Monitor service provider performance, compliance and the completion of agreed actions.
• Build effective working relationships with client representatives, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support health and safety monitoring, audits, reporting and accurate project records.
• Identify operational or commercial risks and work with the wider team to resolve them.

PFI Hard Sercices Manager

Location: Dartford

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits, including free parking
Working pattern: Five days per week on site

We are recruiting a PFI Hard Services Manager for a large, operational healthcare site in Dartford. The role combines oversight of hard FM services with a strong focus on variations, capital works and project delivery.

You will work with the site management team, FM provider and client representatives to progress proposed works, resolve technical and contractual queries, and support the day-to-day performance of the PFI contract.
