Job summary

Boden Group is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager in London to oversee a varied technical programme in a major PFI environment. The role focuses on HVAC, M&E and asset-related projects, managing multiple priorities with site-wide coordination and governance.

You will work with technical teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery to high standards, with security clearance requirements in scope for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PFI environment.

• Experience in asset management or M&E project delivery.
• SPV experience is advantageous.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements.

Job description

An experienced Programme Manager is required to oversee multiple projects across a major PFI environment in London. This permanent role will take responsibility for a varied technical programme, with a particular focus on HVAC, M&E and asset-related projects.

You'll need a strong understanding of PFI environments alongside the technical awareness to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and delivery priorities effectively.

The Role

• Oversee multiple technical projects across a complex PFI environment.
• Manage programmes covering HVAC, M&E and wider asset-related works.
• Coordinate project priorities, programmes and delivery across the site.
• Work closely with technical teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are delivered to required standards.
• Support effective project governance and delivery within the PFI framework.

About You

• Previous experience working within a PFI environment.
• Programme or project management experience overseeing multiple technical projects.
• A strong technical background, ideally including HVAC and M&E systems.
• Experience within asset management, technical leadership or M&E project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
• SPV experience would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to meet the security clearance requirements associated with the role.
