Job summary

Tesco Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead the Stores Operations Programmes, building out new capability and functions within the platform across Tesco Group, delivering a step change within our business.

As a TPM for Stores Operations Programmes, you will work with Product Managers, business stakeholders, Engineering teams, third parties and other Technology and Programme family members to define and deliver the change to embed new technology into our stores,

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering technology software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient during incidents or change while maintaining delivery.
• Strong project, stakeholder & programme management skills.
• Initiating and shaping programmes with ambiguity across domains.
• Building and managing plans with milestones & critical path.
• Proactively identifying issues, risks & dependencies with Product and Engineering.
• Understanding trade-offs and communicating impacts to decision-makers.
• Experience working with multiple teams and with suppliers/3rd parties.
• Finance management experience.
