Job summary

Isla Health is seeking a Delivery Manager / Technical Programme Manager to join our hybrid UK team. You will lead NHS implementation projects, onboard new clients, and build strong user relationships to maximise Isla platform value.

Travel to London for team sessions is required a few times yearly, with remote work flexibility within the UK. You’ll influence platform direction, resolve issues, support renewals and adoption, and collaborate with Product to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and when to apply them.
• Strong account management skills and ability to grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead NHS implementation projects and oversee onboarding and adoption of Isla platform.
• Streamline delivery processes to be repeatable, efficient, and client-friendly.
• Measure and demonstrate Isla platform impact on healthcare services.
• Guide clients through implementation to maximise value from the platform.
• Act as main client contact, resolve issues and support ongoing adoption.
• Collaborate with Product to remove blockers and drive delivery excellence.
• Provide input on company strategy from a delivery perspective.
• Build NHS networks and run product demos for prospects.
