Job summary

• Establish new or improve existing programme delivery methodology to meet goals.
• Shape programmes with ambiguous scope and uncertain delivery approach.
• Create and track plans including technical implementation, coordinating across Tesco teams.
• Understand trade-offs in software delivery; influence Engineering and Product for best value.
• Identify risks early; implement processes, manage escalations.
• Monitor trends in programme and product delivery; adapt as needed.
• Assess how architectural choices affect dependencies, timelines and plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define annual budgets.
• Build relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders to deliver software or services; drive improvement.
