Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of data-driven store operations. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to rollout, delivering insights to store colleagues and leadership to improve efficiency and savings for future innovations.

You'll collaborate across analytics, engineering and business teams, run MVPs, ensure data quality and make fast, informed decisions in a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of Product management experience.
• Experience solving unstructured problems and defining MVPs.
• Experience coordinating across distributed teams in Enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Formulating the vision, strategy and roadmap for analytics capabilities across the portfolio.
• Planning and coordinating Analytical Products with multiple engineering teams.
• Leading discovery for MVPs, prototyping and validating value.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity with the data supply/demand team.
• Breaking down complex work into deliverable chunks for faster value.
• Providing leadership to cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Empowering Tesco teams to use Analytics for performance insights.
